Going Online
The Driver app is always accessible. To start driving, simply open the app and tap GO.
Accepting Trip Requests
Once you’re online, you’ll start receiving trip requests from riders in your vicinity. Your phone will notify you with a sound, and you’ll see the potential earnings for the trip. You can accept by tapping on the notification or decline by tapping the cross in the top right corner.
Navigating to the Destination
The app provides turn-by-turn directions to help you locate your customer and reach their destination. If you prefer, you can opt to use a third-party navigation system.
Earnings After Each Trip
After each trip, you can see how much you’ve earned and monitor your progress towards your daily and weekly earnings goals. Your earnings are automatically transferred to your bank account every week.
Staying Updated
Receive messages about upcoming events, earning opportunities, account information, and new features. When you have new messages, a badge will appear on your photo in the top right corner of your map screen. Tap it to read the messages.
Learning to Use the App
Whether you’re on your first trip or your 100th, you have access to a resource filled with helpful tips and informative videos. Tap your photo in the top right of your map screen and then tap Help above Account.
Tracking Your Earnings
Track your progress towards your daily and weekly earnings goals with ease. You can also view your earning summaries with a simple tap. Tap the fare icon on your map screen, then swipe right and left to explore your earnings.
