Airport trip request issue

Please ensure your location services and data are turned on and that your app isn’t displaying any error messages. You can always log in to your rider app to see whether you can see any driver partners in the airport zone.

If you can, check if your location services are switched on correctly. You can always try to restart your phone and open the app again, but you will lose your place in the queue if you do this.

Also, you may wish to check the landing schedule of the airport on that day to see whether it will be busy or not at the airport. Demand will depend heavily on this.
