Changing rider ratings

Everyone deserves and appreciates receiving a fair and accurate rating. Your partner app requires you to rate riders at the end of each trip.

Please take time to consider and enter a rating that reflects your trip experience with this rider. A trip rating you've given a rider cannot be changed.

When a trip is canceled, neither the rider nor driver will leave a rating or comments.
