How and When to Pay Arrears
You will receive a weekly cash collection note at which point, service fee payments should be made in full directly from your Driver App. It may take up to 48 hours for your payment to reflect in the app.
Account Reactivation After Payment
Once our provider confirms you completed payment, we will reactivate your account within 48 hours. Please refrain from contacting support within this period as account activations are automated.
Disputing Collection Note Amount
Be aware that the amount on your collection note and the total amount you owe may differ based on the credit card orders you receive. Pay the amount indicated on the collection note; any extra amount will be reflected as a positive balance in your account.
Not Receiving Collection Note Notifications
Ensure your contact details are current on your Uber profile to receive all communications, including weekly collection notes. Collection notes are sent using the details on your account as of the Sunday before the note is issued.
Expired Collection Note
If your collection note expires, a new one will be issued and sent to you on the following Monday.
