Your cancellation rate includes:
- Trips you cancel after accepting
- Rider cancellations caused by your actions, such as not moving toward pickup or asking the rider to cancel
To view your cancellation rate:
- Open the Uber Driver app
- Tap your Profile photo
- You’ll see your Cancellation rate next to your other quality metrics
Why rider cancelled trips are added?
Rider cancelled trip are added in your cancellation rate when the system detects that your actions likely caused the rider to cancel the trip.
This can include:
- Asking the rider to cancel
- Not making progress toward the pickup location
- Driving slowly or in opposite way that leads the rider to cancel
- Such cancellations are counted toward your cancellation rate and may affect your Uber Pro eligibility. You’ll see alerts in the app if this behavior is detected.
