If you’ve been notified that one of your documents is rejected or expired, tap the link below.

Your account will be activated within 2 days once all your documents have been approved and you’ve completed all other requirements.

During this time, a specialised team will review your account to ensure it complies with local rules and regulations.

You will receive an email and push notifications from Uber when your account has been activated.

If you have not received a notification yet, please follow these troubleshooting tips:

1. Go to your Partner Dashboard to see the remaining steps for your account to be activated.
2. Make sure that all of the required documents have been uploaded to your profile. If a document has been rejected, it will need to be reuploaded.
3. If you have already added all the required documents, please wait 2 hours for their verification.
4. Sign the agreement and add a profile photo to complete the signup.
