If your Turo reservation is still pending and it’s been less that 60 minutes since you placed the booking, you’ll be able to cancel in the Uber app by following these steps:
You should get a confirmation email indicating that your Turo on Uber reservation was canceled.
However, if you don’t see the Cancel Reservation button your reservation may already be confirmed by Turo. In those cases, you’ll need to reach out to Turo Support for further assistance with canceling your reservation. Since they handle post-booking issues they can guide you on topics like how to modify or cancel your reservation, and they can also help connect you to the Turo host if needed.
