Cash Arrears Deferral

This feature allows users to pay off outstanding balance on cash trips. Information about the arrears in the account will be displayed in the pop-up window at the bottom of the screen, and also when trying to book a trip. Among the available options to settle the arrears you can choose cash.

When choosing this method the amount of arrears is automatically added to the fare for the next cash trip and have to be paid to the driver. The fact of adding the arrears and its payment will be displayed in the receipt for the trip "Your trips" > "Previous". If you do not have the cash payment method as an option to pay off negative balance, then your debt can be paid only by a non-cash payment method.

How to know that the fare is formed correctly
If there is any doubt about the correctness of the fare we recommend checking the amount on the driver's screen and in the passenger's receipt. If the amount does not match, pay the one that is listed in your receipt. If the amount is the same, but you do not agree with it, please pay for the trip in full, and then contact the support team. We will review your case and make a refund of a possible over payment.
