If the difficulties in pickup caused the cancellation of your trip, check the trip for the possibility of receiving an instant refund. To do this, double-click the “Back” arrow and go to “Problem with cancellation fee”.
If a driver-partner encounters a restricted entrance to the pickup address or narrow streets without parking spaces, he will wait for you at the convenient location as close to the pickup address as possible. We advise that both passengers and driver communicate with each other through the application to avoid possible difficulties in pickup.
In the receipt for the trip you can find a small fee due to wait time. These fees are automatically applied 2 minutes after the driver arrives at the pickup point in order to pay the driver’s time while waiting for a passenger. If you think that the wait time fee was applied unfairly, for example, when your driver did not wait for you at the specified pickup address, let us know about it below.
As an effective means of feedback we use our rating system. If a passenger rates his impressions of a trip less than 5 stars, we will ask to specify the reasons that affected their experience. The easiest way to tell us about the difficulties during pickup is to choose “Had to walk” or “Pick-up”. If you feel that a low rating and specifying the reason is not enough, let us know the details below.
Please note: we are unable to make fare adjustments to trips which took place more than 30 days ago. Please, do not duplicate your request in other sections. Your initial request will be considered on a first come, first served basis.
