• You have an outstanding payment.
• Your payment method was rejected on a previous trip.
• There are no Drivers in your area at the moment. In this case, we suggest you wait the estimated time to find a Driver. If none are available after this time, you will receive a notification in your app.
• You have not confirmed your email or phone number, and you may need to update your personal information.
• Uber is not currently available at your location.
