PrePaid Pass

The Prepaid Travel Pass is a feature where Users pre-purchase a trip package (e.g., 5, 10, or 20 trips) for a specific route (from a starting point to a destination) and a set schedule. Upon purchasing the pass, the User locks in an estimated price for the included trips, which will be applied when requested according to the conditions defined in the pass.

The Pass:

  • Activates once payment is completed in the app.
  • Will be available until its expiration date, as indicated in the “Save on your trips” section.
  • Is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Pass prices are based on dynamic estimates according to supply and demand.

There is no guarantee that the pass price will be lower than the real-time price. The pass will be applied regardless of whether the trip price at that moment is higher or lower.

Please Note:

  • Does not include tips, taxes, or additional fees.
  • Changes to the starting point, destination, or stops may invalidate the pass for that trip.
  • Savings shown are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are limited and at Uber’s discretion.
  • They will only be available if no trips have been used and the pass is still valid.
  • You can review the refund option from your pass within the app.

Uber acts as an intermediary platform connecting Users with independent Driver Partners.

Pass funds do not constitute a direct payment to Uber, but rather a balance that you can use for future trips within the app.

If the pass balance is insufficient to cover a trip, Uber may, at its discretion, offer a promotion to cover the difference.

Uber does not guarantee prices or trip availability. The pass is offered “as is,” without warranties. Uber may modify these terms at any time with prior notice.

Uber One

If you are a member, you will earn Uber One Credits on every trip. These have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be used within the Prepaid Pass; however, they can be used for other trips or products (such as Uber Eats, where available).
