What is Uber One Platinum and Diamond Program?
It’s a limited-time program where you can unlock more benefits by completing eligible orders or rides as an Uber One member.
How is my tier determined?
Your tier is set each quarter based on your eligible orders and rides from the previous 3 months.
Does my tier change during the quarter?
No. Once your tier is set at the start of the quarter, it stays the same for the rest of that quarter. It may update at the next quarterly reset.
What counts toward my progress?
Only completed and eligible orders and rides. Canceled, refunded, or ineligible transactions don’t count.
What do I need to reach each tier?
20 trips → Platinum
60 trips → Diamond
Trips include eligible orders or rides completed in 3 months preceding the Tier reset date. The date is shown in the Uber One hub in your app.
What happens if my activity changes?
Your tier may increase or decrease at the next quarterly reset based on the 3 months of activity immediately preceding the Tier reset date.
What is the “$5 monthly benefit”?
It’s a $5 discount you can use on an eligible order or ride. Higher tiers get multiple $5 discounts each month.
When do I receive my benefits?
Benefits are issued at the start of each month based on your tier at that time.
Do my benefits expire?
Yes. Monthly benefits expire at the end of the month if unused and do not roll over.
Can I use multiple benefits on one order or ride?
No. Each $5 benefit applies to a single eligible transaction.
What if my order or ride doesn’t meet the requirements?
Your benefit may not apply. Minimum purchase amounts, eligibility rules, and exclusions apply.
What happens if my tier changes next quarter?
Your benefits will update based on your new tier at the start of the next quarter.
Do unused benefits carry over if my tier changes?
No. Unused benefits expire at the end of each month and do not carry over.
Is this program permanent?
No. This is a limited-time program currently scheduled through January 2027.
Can the program or benefits change?
Yes. Features, benefits, and eligibility requirements may change over time.

In the Uber app, under your Uber One section.
