Link your Rakuten ID
You can link your Rakuten ID to your Uber Eats account by following the steps below.
- Open the Uber Eats app and select [Account]
- Tap [Rakuten Point]
- Tap [Link to start earning points]
- Authenticate your Rakuten ID and sign in to your Rakuten ID
- After signing in, tap [Proceed to link points]
- After checking the terms of use, tap [Agree and link]
- The linkage is complete when [You’re all set to start earning Rakuten Points!] appears on the screen
If your Rakuten ID is linked to your Uber Eats account, all available payment methods are eligible for earning Rakuten Points.
Unlink your Rakuten ID
You can unlink your Rakuten ID from your Uber Eats account by following the steps below.
- Open the Uber Eats app
- Tap [Account]
- Tap [Rakuten Point]
- Tap [Unlink account]
