Merchants and Delivery people do their best to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time and no later than our “Latest Arrival By”. External factors like heavy traffic, bad weather conditions, or a busy merchant, can cause delays.

Uber Eats Cancellation Policy and Procedure

You can cancel your order for free only after the “Latest Arrival By”. If you wish to cancel before the “Latest Arrival By”, the cancellation policy and procedure will differ depending on the status of your order as follows.

Cancellation before the merchant accepts your order:

Full refund will be given

– You can cancel your order from the app

Cancellation after the merchant accepts your order and before the delivery person picks up the order:

Partial refund will be given for unprepared items

– Please call the merchant directly

If a delivery person is not matched with your order after a certain amount of time, your order will be automatically canceled. In case of automatic cancellation, no cancellation fee will be charged and a full refund will be given.

Cancellation after the delivery person picks up the order:

– No refunds will be charged and a cancellation fee will be charged for the full amount of your order.

– You can cancel your order from the app.

Note: If you don’t receive your order after your delivery person arrives and tries to contact you, you will be charged. In such cases, we will not be able to provide refunds.
