Arranging Uber Central rides

For help with arranging an Uber Health or Uber Central ride, follow the instructions below.

To request or schedule a ride:

1. Sign in to central.uber.com or health.uber.com.
2. Select New ride in the upper left and then Single ride. You can also batch upload rides.
3. Fill out the rider information and pickup and dropoff locations. Your rider will receive a text message or automated call (if selected) with trip details if you enter their number.
4. To change the language of texts or calls riders receive, click Edit language beneath the phone number field and select a language from the dropdown.
5. To share an immediate (on-demand) ride with a trusted contact, select the Share trip status toggle. This contact will receive a text message with a link to track the trip in real time. You can share the trip with up to 3 trusted contacts, but can’t share trips on batch ride uploads.
6. Choose whether you want to arrange a scheduled or flexible ride.
7. Select when you want to book the ride.
   • To request a ride immediately (make sure the rider is ready), leave Today and Now beneath Choose when they’ll ride
   • To schedule a ride for a different day and time, select Today to change the date of the ride and Now to change the time. You can book rides 30 minutes to 30 days in advance. For flexible rides, you’ll only select a day (not a time), since riders will request the trip via text message.
8. Scroll down to select a vehicle type and add a note to the driver or internal memo (optional).
9. Select Request now (for scheduled rides) or Set up ride (for flexible rides). You can also save the ride as a draft.

Once a trip is in progress, you can track the driver’s location on the ride card under Today’s rides.

Para reagendar uma viagem ou agendar uma viagem de volta:

1. Faça login no site central.uber.com ou health.uber.com.
2. Clique em Viagens concluídas ou Viagens anteriores à esquerda.
3. Selecione a viagem que você quer reagendar ou agende uma viagem de volta.
4. Selecione Reagendar viagem ou Agendar viagem de volta.

Para editar uma viagem flexível:

1. Para alterar a data, localização ou tipo de veículo de uma viagem flexível futura:
2. Acesse central.uber.com ou health.uber.com.
3. Selecione Viagens futuras e, em seguida, a viagem que quer atualizar.
4. Clique em Editar viagem e atualize o endereço de partida, de destino ou a data da viagem.
5. Clique em Atualizar viagem.

Para alterar o nome ou número de telefone do usuário, ou editar uma viagem flexível agendada para hoje, cancele a viagem e crie uma nova.

Depois que uma viagem imediata é solicitada, você não pode editar as informações no painel.

Para cancelar uma viagem:

1. Faça login no site central.uber.com ou health.uber.com.
2. Encontre a viagem que quiser cancelar em Viagens de hoje ou em Viagens futuras (dependendo para quando a viagem foi agendada).
3. Clique em Cancelar nas mensagens de viagem.

Poderá ser cobrada uma taxa de cancelamento na sua conta caso seu motorista já esteja a caminho.
