How to Join Store Pickups as a Driver or Delivery Partner

If you’re currently driving or delivering with Uber and interested in running Store Pickups, you could get an invitation to join in the Uber Driver App. To qualify, you need to meet the specific requirements for your city.

Requirements for Store Pickups Eligibility

Ecuador (Quito, Guayaquil)

  • For 2-wheel vehicles: Open to select Delivery Partners.
  • For 4-wheel vehicles: Must have completed over 100 trips and have a rating above 4.85.

Dominican Republic (Santo Domingo)

  • For both 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles: Must have completed more than 25 trips and have a rating above 4.85.

Mexico (Hermosillo, León, Puebla, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí)

  • For 2-wheel vehicles: Open to select Delivery Partners.
  • For 4-wheel vehicles: Must have completed over 100 trips and have a rating above 4.85.

Mexico (Mérida)

  • For both 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles: Must have completed more than 100 trips and have a rating above 4.85.

Mexico (Guadalajara, Mexico City, Aguascalientes, Celaya, Chihuahua, Ciudad Juarez, Cuernavaca, Toluca, Torreon, Villahermosa, Cancun)

  • 2-wheel vehicle: At least 30 trips completed within the last month, and minimum rating of 4.83.
  • 4-wheel vehicle: At least 50 trips completed, and minimum rating of 4.85.

Argentina (Salta and Paraná)

  • Must have completed more than 20 trips.

El Salvador (San Salvador)

  • For 2-wheel vehicles: Open to select Delivery Partners.
  • For 4-wheel vehicles: Must have completed over 100 trips and have a rating above 4.9.

Peru (Lima)

  • At least 100 completed trips and minimum rating of 4.85.

Paraguay (Asuncion)

  • At least 100 completed trips and minimum rating of 4.85.

Uruguay (Montevideo)

  • No minimum requirements.

New Drivers Starting with Uber

If you’re new and not yet active on the Uber platform, please visit your nearest Greenlight location to start the registration process. You’ll need to provide all necessary documentation to join Uber as a Driver or Delivery Partner. After meeting the Store Pickups program requirements, you can sign up to provide Store Pickups services. Please note, only motorcycles and Flash bikes (two-wheel vehicles) are accepted for this service.
