You should have received your username and password in an email from restaurants@uber.com. If you don”t see the email, you can check your spam folder.
Note: Your password is essential for partnering with Uber – we recommend writing it down or storing it somewhere secure.*
We have two key tools to support stores:
- Uber Eats Manager: A portal accessed online to access account and payment information for your store.
- Uber Eats Orders: The application on your dashboard to receive and manage Uber Eats orders.
Uber Eats Orders Username
You can locate it in Uber Eats Manager:
- Log in to Uber Eats Manager.
- On the left-hand side, select the Users tab.
- Your Uber Eats orders username will be under the Username section.
Uber Eats Orders Password
You can update it by following these steps:
- Log in to Uber Eats Manager.
- On the left-hand side, select the Users tab.
- Select Reset password.
- Enter your new password (it must be at least 8 characters long and contain one non-digit character and a number).
- Select Reset (if a red error message appears, edit the password based on the instructions).
- Once your password is updated, a green confirmation box will appear at the top.
Uber Eats Manager Login Issues
Your Uber Eats Manager username should be the email that you used to sign up with Uber Eats. If you need to reset your Uber Eats username, you can follow the steps below:
- Go to restaurant.uber.com.
- Enter your username and click Forgot Password.
Note: If your Uber Eats Orders username is the same as your Uber Eats Manager username, resetting your Uber Eats Manager password will also reset your Uber Eats Orders password.
Pro tip: We recommend that you add yourself and your staff as users to Uber Eats Manager so you have access to important things like your Uber Eats Orders username and self-serve password reset in case they’re needed in the future.
To do this, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Uber Eats Manager and select the Users tab.
- From there, you can click “+ Add user” to add your staff members’ Uber associated email address (ie, their personal email address that is associated with their existing Uber rides account).
- Once they’re added you’re all set–staff members can log in to Uber Eats Manager using their personal, Uber associated email address and password.
Note: If the staff member that you’d like to give access to does not already have an Uber account, they can create their desired login here. Once they’re done, you can add the email address they used to your Uber Eats Manager users list.
