Device (tablet or mobile) won't charge

Before requesting a new tablet, please confirm whether it’s an issue with the device or the charger by following the steps below:

  1. Please try to use a different outlet with the charger
  2. If possible, test your device by plugging it in with a different charger
  3. If that works, we suggest keeping your device plugged in
  4. If the device still does not hold a charge, please reach out to us
