How to choose which promotion to be applied?

Only one promo code can be applied for each trip, the system will automatically apply and prioritize the promo code that meets the following rules:

  1. The trip must comply with the terms of use, and the pick-up / drop-off time must within the promo code valid period.
  2. This trip is valid with this promo code.
  3. The highest discounted value.

Additionally, once the promo code is added to the account, the system will automatically apply it to eligible purchases. For details regarding the rules of automatic promo code usage, please refer to the following information:

  • Example:
    • 5/5 - Entered promotion with NT$50 [Uber1]
    • 5/7 - Entered promotion with NT$100 [Uber2]
    • 5/8 - Requested a trip

The promotion with the highest discounted value [Uber2] will be firstly redeemed.

My promo didn’t work

Can I extend the validity of the promo code?

Promo codes won’t work after their expiration date and cannot be extended or renewed.

To view which promotions are currently applied to your account:

  1. Tap “Account”
  2. Tap “Wallet”
  3. Tap “Promotions”. You’ll see any current and expired promotions listed.
  4. Tap a promo to view its details.
