CLEARING AN OUTSTANDING PAYMENT
Please ensure that the payment method that you want to charge your outstanding payment to has already been added to your account. If not, you can add it using the app:
1. Select "Wallet" from your app menu.
2. Tap Add Payment.
3. Add a payment method by scanning a card, manually entering card info, or adding an alternative payment type.
You can settle the balance by visiting the uber.com website below and selecting the payment method of your choice.
Please note that gift cards or Uber credits cannot be used to clear an outstanding payment.
If you were unable to settle the outstanding balance using the uber.com website above, simply fill in the form on this page.
Please select the credit card you want the outstanding balance to be charged to and we'll manually apply the payment.
