If you can’t request a lease, it could be for one or more of these reasons:
-You have an outstanding payment.
-Your payment method was rejected on a previous lease.
-There are no Lessor Partners in your area at the moment. In this case, we suggest you wait the estimated time to find a Lessor Partner. If none are available after this time, you will receive a notification in your app.
-You have not confirmed your email or phone number, and you may need to update your personal information.
-The Uber app is not currently available at your location.
