The business hub lets employees manage business profiles and provides a list of perks available as an Uber for Business user.
Users can access the business hub within the Uber and Uber Eats apps, for the following benefits:
- For already linked users: Users can view perks available to them through their organization as well as the overall business profile benefits.
- For pending users: Users added to a business account, but whose profile is not yet activated, will see a prompt to activate the account to start using the benefits.
- For users not invited to Uber for Business account: Users who haven’t been invited to a business account can create a regular business profile. If the user’s work email domain matches any of the existing organizations, the user can request to be added to those organizations. If the admin approves the request, the user will receive an invite to join the Uber for Business account.
