The rider Booking Fee is a flat fee on each ride charged by you to the rider. This contributes towards operational costs associated with the Uber App.
This change will not impact the amount of money you receive for each trip (after accounting for GST). You will see this fee is added then deducted, as this is paid by the rider.

While the rider 'Booking Fee' is a flat fee on each ride charged by you to the rider. This fee allows you to recover the cost of the flat 'Booking Fee' Uber charges you.
