After you complete a trip, it may take up to 48 hours for the app to reflect the fare breakdown and map of your route.
If you have a question about a cancelled trip that you are able to see in your trip history, please contact us through this link.
If your trip is missing from your earnings statement, please see this help article.
If you don’t see a trip’s fare more than 48 hours after it ended let us know below.
