UberX Share is now limited to highly-rated riders

UberX Share is now only eligible for riders who meet a necessary rating standard.

Users who lose access to UberX Share will still be able to request the rest of Uber’s products, and will have the opportunity to regain access to UberX Share if their rating improves.
