What is “We’ll make it right”

We’ll make it right is a benefit Uber One members receive on eligible orders. Look for the Uber One icon underneath the merchant name to determine if the order is eligible for Uber One benefits. The order must exceed the Latest Arrival estimate.

On eligible deliveries, subscribers will receive NT$30 in Uber Cash credits if our Latest Arrival estimate of a completed order was wrong. The issued Uber Cash will expire after 30 days. The Latest Arrival estimate is shown after you place your order and is not a guaranteed delivery time.

Two times are displayed after your order is placed:

  • Estimated Time of Delivery - Earliest expected time that your order will be delivered. This time may adjust during your order due to external factors.
  • Latest Arrival By - Best estimate for your order based on thousands of previous and similar orders in similar situations. We do our best but it may not be correct 100% of the time. This time does not change throughout the order delivery.

Orders that arrive before the Latest Arrival estimate will be considered on time.

The benefit applies to any completed order where the Latest Arrival estimate was exceeded by any amount.

Please note:

  • The Latest Arrival estimate is calculated and displayed once an order has been placed and is confirmed; therefore, estimates shown before the order is placed do not count for the purposes of the benefit.
  • Latest arrival estimate feature and this credit benefit does not apply to orders delivered by Merchant’s own staff. For clarity, benefit does not apply to saver delivery options (if available).
