My order is taking longer than expected

Merchants and their delivery staff do their best to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time, but several factors may cause a delay (for example, if the merchant is busier than normal, you placed a larger order, unexpected traffic, or weather conditions.)

When merchants use their own delivery staff, you won’t be able to follow the delivery staff’s location in the app. We recommend contacting the merchant directly to check on your order status.

How to contact the merchant

  1. Go to the order tracking page.
  2. Swipe up until you see a section called “Need help?”
  3. Tap the phone icon to call the merchant.
  4. When speaking with the merchant, be sure to give them clear instructions.
