Merchants and their delivery staff do their best to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time, but several factors may cause a delay (for example, if the merchant is busier than normal, you placed a larger order, unexpected traffic, or weather conditions.)
When merchants use their own delivery staff, you won’t be able to follow the delivery staff’s location in the app. We recommend contacting the merchant directly to check on your order status.
