I have a question about an Uber Pick-Up at an event

Uber Live is a partnership between Uber and specific venues where you can order via Uber Eats and collect your food at the location (e.g. Championsburger, Olympiahalle, UberLive Arena).

In case you face any issue, our teams are available to assist you.

  • Past order issues: Please select Option ‘Help’ > ‘Select the order with the issue’ > Click on the most appropriate option. This will guide you to receive an answer from the support team within 24 hours.

  • Ongoing order issues: Please select the option ‘Help’ > Click on the ‘ongoing order’ > Select the most appropriate reason. This will guide you through our support and you can chat with one of our agents real time.

To add a promo code to an order, first make sure the promo is added to your account.

To add a promo code to your account:

  1. Tap the profile icon at the bottom of the main screen.
  2. Tap “Promotions.”
  3. Tap “Enter code.”
  4. Enter the code and tap “Add promo.”

You may find a promo is already added to your account after following these steps. This is because some promo codes add to your account automatically.

To add a promo code before placing your order:

  1. Begin your order and tap “View cart.”
  2. Scroll down and tap “View details” in the “Promotions” section.
  3. Enter the promo code and tap “Apply promo.”
  4. Tap “Place order” to complete your purchase.

Merchant promos will automatically be applied first, with the highest value account promo added next. You can select a preferred promo code to apply to a specific order, or save them for future orders.
