Jinsi ya kubadilisha bakshishi yangu

Ikiwa tayari umeshatoa bakshishi, unaweza kubadilisha kiasi hicho ndani ya saa 1 baada ya kuletewa chakula. Ikiwa bado hujatoa bakshishi, una siku 30 za kutathmini na kutoa bakshishi kwa ajili ya chakula ulichoagiza.

Kuna njia 2 za kubadilisha bakshishi yako:

CHAGUO LA 1

Baada ya chakula chako kufika, tutakuomba utathmini huduma:
1. Bonyeza "Tathmini na Utoe Bakshishi" halafu ufuate maelekezo
2. Bonyeza "Badilisha kiasi" katika skrini ya bakshishi halafu ubadilishe kiasi cha bakshishi

CHAGUO LA 2

1. Bonyeza aikoni ya stakabadhi katika upau wa menyu ya chini
2. Telezesha kidole kwenda kulia ili uone Maagizo ya Awali
3. Bonyeza kiungo cha "Badilisha kiasi" kilicho karibu na bakshishi iliyo kwenye agizo lako
KUMBUKA: Kiungo hiki kitaonekana kwa saa 1 pekee baada ya kupokea chakula chako. Ikiwa bado hujatoa bakshishi, unaweza kuchagua "Tathmini na Utoe Bakshishi" ili utoe bakshishi

How to add a tip

If you added a tip for the delivery person when placing your order, you can edit the tip amount up to one hour after your order arrives.

There are 2 ways to do this:

Option 1

After your order arrives, you’ll be prompted to add a rating and tip for the delivery person if you choose:

Follow the on-screen prompts to add your rating and view your current tip amount.
Tap “Edit” to change the amount.
Tap “Save and continue” to save your new tip amount.

Option 2

In the app, tap the Orders icon in the bottom menu bar.
Scroll to find your order.
Tap “Edit amount” next to the tip.

Note: The option to edit your tip is available for up to one hour after the order is delivered.
