How to add a tip?

You can add a tip at various stages in your order lifecycle:

When Placing Your Order:

If you wish to add a tip when placing your order, you can do so in your cart at checkout under the ‘Delivery Tip’ section. Click ‘Edit’ to enter a custom amount.

After Delivery:

When your order is marked as complete, a page will auto-populate giving you the option to rate your order. At this stage, you can also add a tip for your courier.

You will be issued an additional receipt showing your updated total.

Up to 40 days After Delivery:

You can add a tip to a completed order up to 40 days after delivery.

1. Go to ‘Orders’ under the Profile section in the Uber Eats app.
2. Click the order you wish to add a tip to under ‘Past Orders’
3. After rating the store and courier, you can click ‘Add a tip’

• If you want to increase the tip you already provided, click ‘Add to your tip’
