Sending voucher reminders

If you provided contact information for your recipients, you can send individual or bulk reminders to users about any unused vouchers.

To send a reminder:

1. Sign in to vouchers.uber.com.
2. Go to “All campaigns” and enter the campaign name in the search bar.
3. To resend an individual invite click the arrow next to each recipient’s name you want to send a reminder to.
4. To resend an individual invite, search the recipient name and click the arrow next to each recipient’s name you want to send a reminder to.
5. Uber will send an email or SMS reminder on your behalf to voucher recipients.

You may only send users one individual reminder and one bulk reminder per campaign.
