If you have an unused Uber Cash balance you can request a refund.

It's important that you know:

1. This is only valid for Uber Cash purchases. Gift certificate balances, promotional credits, amounts referring to or from other sources are not refunded;

2. Any Uber Cash balance purchased in exchange for a cash-paid trip is non-refundable;

3. The minimum refund amount for unused Uber Cash is R $5.00.
