When you activate your complimentary Uber One membership, you understand that you are subscribing to Uber One, which is an automatic monthly renewal subscription. At the end of your applicable complimentary period, the selected payment method in your Uber App or Uber Eats App will be auto-billed at the then current Uber One Pass Rate (currently $9.99/month) plus taxes (or a discounted Pass Rate plus taxes if your Eligible TD Card qualifies for an ongoing 20% discount described in the response to question 2 below) and will continue to be auto-billed at that Pass Rate plus taxes until you elect to cancel your Renewable Pass. Uber will notify you 30 days prior to the end of your complimentary Uber One membership period.

If your eligible TD Card expires, you must update your Uber Wallet with the details of the replacement card issued by TD to continue using your complimentary Uber One membership. If you replace or transfer to another eligible TD Card to another Eligible TD Card within the same offer period, the Uber One membership perks will still apply after you update your Uber Wallet with your new payment details. The Uber One membership benefits will continue to apply as long as you continue to use an Eligible TD Card, and will end on expiry of your complimentary Uber One membership benefit window of 3 or 6 months following your initial enrollment date.
Eligible TD Cardholders can only receive this offer on one Uber account. If an Eligible TD Card is added to multiple Uber accounts, only the first Uber account to which the Eligible TD Card is added will be eligible for the offer. You will only be entitled to one complimentary Uber One membership.
6-Month Complimentary Uber One Membership:
Unless you cancel your complimentary Uber One membership prior to the end of your complimentary period, after your complimentary period ends your Uber One membership will automatically renew as a paid monthly membership. However, with your Eligible TD Card, you’ll receive a twenty percent (20%) discount off the regular monthly subscription fee of $9.99/month, for as long as you maintain your TD Card as your payment method within the Uber app. The discounted fee amount plus applicable taxes will be automatically billed to the default payment method in your Uber App or Uber Eats App. 30 days prior to the end of your complimentary period, Uber will send you a notice, reminding you that: (i) your complimentary Uber One membership is about to expire, (ii) your membership will automatically renew into a paid monthly Uber One membership at the end of your complimentary period, and (iii) you will be automatically billed the then current Pass Rate unless you cancel your membership prior to the scheduled payment.
3-Month Complimentary Uber One Membership:
Unless you cancel your complimentary Uber One membership prior to the expiry of your complimentary period, after your complimentary period ends your Uber One membership will automatically renew into a paid monthly Uber One membership subscription.
30 days prior to the end of your complimentary period, Uber will send you a notice, reminding you that: (i) your complimentary Uber One membership is about to expire, (ii) your membership will automatically renew into a paid monthly Uber One membership at the end of your complimentary period, and (iii) you will be automatically billed the then current Pass Rate unless you cancel your membership prior to the scheduled payment.
You can cancel your Uber One membership at any time by selecting “Manage Membership” within the Uber One section of the “Account” tab in the Uber App or Uber Eats App up to 48 hours before the expiry of your complimentary period. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your next scheduled payment, you may see a charge that will be automatically refunded.

Yes. When you add an Uber Gift Card to your Uber account, it converts into Uber Cash and can be used to pay for rides or food orders. As long as your Eligible TD Card is set as the default payment method in your Uber Wallet, you’ll still receive your complimentary Uber One membership benefits—even if Uber Cash is used to cover all or part of the cost of your rides and/or food orders.
Yes, both primary cardholders and, if applicable, any additional cardholders associated with an Eligible TD Card can take advantage of this offer.
Monthly Uber One Membership
If you’re already subscribed to an Uber One membership and have an Eligible TD Card in your Uber wallet set as the default payment method on your Uber account, you will be presented the 20% discount offer in the Uber App or Uber Eats App and you will need to enroll in the offer using the link presented with the offer. Once enrolled in the offer,you will begin to receive the twenty percent (20%) discount off the regular monthly Uber One membership fee on your next billing cycle. Don’t have an Eligible TD Card in your Uber wallet yet? You’ll need to unsubscribe from your current Uber One membership, add an Eligible TD Card to your Uber wallet and set it as the default payment method on your Uber account, and then you should be presented the 20% discount offer in the Uber App or Uber Eats App and you will need to enroll in the offer using the link presented with the offer. Once enrolled in the offer, you will begin to receive the twenty percent (20%) discount off the regular monthly Uber One membership fee.
Annual Uber One Membership
The twenty percent (20%) discount offer does not apply to the annual Uber One memberships. If you choose to subscribe to a monthly membership when your current annual membership ends and you have an Eligible TD Card in your Uber wallet set as the default payment method on your Uber account, you will be presented the 20% discount offer in the Uber App or Uber Eats App and you will need to enroll in the offer by following the prompts to activate the offer. Once enrolled in the offer, you will begin to receive the twenty percent (20%) discount off the regular monthly Uber One membership fee.
Yes, you will need to wait until your current annual membership ends to switch to a monthly Uber One membership. If you have an Eligible TD Card in your Uber wallet set as the default payment method on your Uber account at the end of your annual membership, you will then be presented the 20% discount offer in the Uber App or Uber Eats App and you will need to enroll in the offer by following the prompts to activate the offer. Once enrolled in the offer, you will begin to receive the twenty percent (20%) discount. The twenty percent (20%) discount only applies to monthly Uber One memberships.
For TD Cards, if the new payment method uses an Eligible TD Card with the same offer type, you will continue to receive the twenty percent (20%) discount off the regular monthly Uber One membership fee.
If the new payment method does not qualify for the same offer type, beginning on your next billing cycle, you will no longer receive the twenty percent (20%) discount off the regular monthly Uber One membership fee.
