I’m travelling to another Uber One country, and I’m not earning Rides credits. Why is this happening?
You’ll only earn cashback on ride types that are eligible in your home country.
For example, if UberXL doesn’t earn cashback where you live, you won’t earn cashback on UberXL rides when travelling.
Can I select a local currency in my “Preferred Payment” dropdown to use credits while I’m travelling?
No. If your Uber One home country offers the “Preferred payment” option, it cannot be used to unlock the ability to use credits while travelling.
