Delivery by merchant’s staff: My order is taking longer than expected

Stores and their delivery staff do their best to deliver food on time. However, factors such as increased store activity, larger orders and unforeseen traffic may cause delays.

When stores use their own delivery staff, real-time tracking of the delivery staff may not be available on the Uber Eats app. However, you can still monitor the app for updates on your order status. If you have questions regarding your delivery, feel free to contact the store directly using the Call store button on the order tracking page.

If you have concerns about the status of your order, please reach out to us for support. For orders arriving 20+ minutes past the estimated delivery time range, we may provide a refund or issue Uber credits (depending on the delay) when you contact our support team.

Please be sure to contact us within 48 hours in order for us to provide the best possible support experience. After this timeframe, we may be unable to provide a refund or other resolution.
