My order never arrived

If you never received your order but received a receipt, let us know here. We’ll look into what happened and get back to you as soon as possible.

• If you selected the delivery option “Leave at door”, please check your door to make sure your order has not already arrived.
  
• If a delivery person made a reasonable effort to contact you when arriving at your requested location, you may not be eligible for a refund.
