My promo code did not work
With an active Uber One membership, you should receive the following benefits:
- $0 Delivery Fee on eligible orders
- Reduced Service Fee (up to 30% off) on eligible orders
- Retirement of Service Fee discount:
- Effective 9 March 2026, all new members joining Uber One will not receive any service fee discount.
- Existing members who joined before 9 March 2026 will continue to receive the service fee discount until 8 April 2026.
- Member savings on rides and priority access to top-rated drivers (where available)
