Downloading invoices

You can download individual trip/order invoices, and also bulk download the invoices from the Uber for Business dashboard. Please refer to the steps below:

Individual trip/order invoices:

  1. Navigate to the Activity tab on the business dashboard
  2. Select the trip/order you want the invoice for
  3. Details of the trip will pop-up on the right side of the page
  4. Select Download PDF Invoice
  5. If there’s more than one invoice for a trip, you’ll see the invoice name mentioned to help select the correct one

Bulk Invoice download: All the invoices generated in a particular month would be ready to download in a zip folder by 7th working day of next month. To download:

  1. Navigate to the Billing tab
  2. Scroll down to Statements and Invoices
  3. Select the Download drop-down for the selected month
  4. Select Invoices
  5. It should take a few minutes to get the file ready and download to your device

Supplementary document download (select regions): Includes non-invoiceable charges, such as tips, donations, insurance, or promotions. Download supplementary documents via the:

  • Activity tab

    1. Navigate to the Activity tab on the admin dashboard
    2. Select the trip or order you want the invoice for
    3. Download the supplementary documents
  • Transaction CSV

    1. Navigate to the Billing tab on the admin dashboard
    2. Go to Statements and Invoices
    3. Select the Download drop-down for the selected month
    4. Select either the legacy Invoices column or the Uber Charges Invoices column to find the download link
  • Bulk Download button

    1. Navigate to the Billing tab on the admin dashboard
    2. Go to Statements and Invoices
    3. Select the Download drop-down for the selected month
    4. Select Invoices > Bulk Download to download multiple invoice documents for the particular month at once

The files will also include all the supplementary documents

  • Invoicing Emails (Mexico only): If located in Mexico, supplementary documents are available via invoicing emails

Please note the admin can see the error message when a trip doesn’t have an invoice generated by hovering the cursor on the Invoice not available button on a specific trip.
