Total Dollar Exposure FAQ

What is a total dollar exposure?

Total dollar exposure is the maximum potential balance of charges by your organization based on all active, upcoming, and drafted Vouchers campaigns. The total dollar exposure is tied to the maximum potential cost of the campaigns, if all users actually used their Vouchers to their maximum value.

What happens if my organization reaches our total dollar exposure when creating a new campaign?

Your new campaign will not be created. You’ll need to create a smaller campaign, cancel a campaign, or increase your total dollar exposure.
