What notifications can I receive on the dashboard?

A notification will appear on your admin dashboard when an event may require your attention.

The navigation bar at the top of your screen will have a notification (bell icon) next to the language dropdown.

If there is a new notification, a red circle will appear next to the notifications icon along with a count of the new notifications.

An automatic notification is triggered when:

  • Payment statements are generated for your review.
  • Your account’s outstanding balance exceeds 80% of your account’s credit limit.
  • We can’t charge your payment method.

The notification will guide you how to resolve the outstanding issue(s).

Payment statement notification

An automatic notification is triggered on your admin dashboard when your statement is available for your review. Our goal is to give you enough time to review your spending with us so you can make your payments with confidence.

Credit limit approaching notification

An automatic notification is triggered on your admin dashboard when your account’s outstanding balance exceeds 80% of your credit limit. In case there is a chance that your account’s spending may go beyond your approved credit limit, you can make a manual payment by navigating to the Billing tab on the left, and click Make payment.

Payment failure notification

An automatic notification is triggered when we can’t charge your account’s outstanding balance to your payment method on file. Please click Make payment on the notification to retry the payment. If this approach does not work and you are paying by credit card, please add a different credit card to your account and retry the payment.
