Need to keep an eye on your rates for promotions? Here’s how:
Check Your Promotion-Specific Rates:
- Go to the Earnings tab: Your acceptance and cancellation rates for current promotions are here, not in the Ratings tab.
- View Promotion Details: Tap ‘Promotions’ within the Earnings tab to see the rates tied to each specific promotion.
Understanding Your Overall Rates:
- Find General Rates in the Ratings tab: This section shows your total acceptance and cancellation rates for all rides, not just those tied to promotions.
How to review your current Promotion details:
- Open the Driver app
- Tap on the Earnings tab from the menu
- Hit Promotions to see a list
- Select any promotion to view its requirements and your progress
Remember, the rates you see for a given promotion may differ from your overall rates featured on your Ratings tab. Always check the Earnings tab for the most relevant info for promotions.
