If an order you’ve accepted is cancelled, you’ll receive a pop-up notification in your driver app. For cancelled orders, please discard the food in a safe manner.
If you’re enroute to the dropoff location and the order is cancelled, you’ll still be paid the pickup fee. Expect this payment to appear in the “TRIP HISTORY” section of the app.
