General rules for operating at airports:
- Most airports require that the Uber vehicle decal (trade dress) must always be displayed on the front passenger windshield and rear passenger windshield facing outward. If you need help obtaining the decals, please visit this website.
- Only pick up passengers at the authorized pickup areas and avoid blocking traffic lanes.
- Only wait for dispatch in the approved staging lot, as indicated by the Driver app and airport signage.
- Always follow the instructions of the airport staff and law enforcement.
