The browser does not load correctly

We understand how frustrating it can be to have problems with the Uber App navigation. Sometimes, due to coverage failures or memory problems on some devices, GPS navigation is not optimal. For this type of inconvenience, we recommend you the following:

1. Restart your cell phone.
2. Turn off your mobile data for 1 minute and turn it on again.
3. Delete and download again the Uber App and/or Google Maps.
4. Verify that you have mobile data. Our recommendation is to have a 3G data plan on average.
5. Delete the cache data so the counter is at zeros.
6. Make sure that Bluetooth is disabled because it can interfere with the network signal.
7. Enable and disable the “Airplane Mode” (it must be disabled).
8. Now, try to reset the network settings. (Warning: This will reset all network information, such as saved WI-FI passwords, favorite networks, etc.).

If the steps above don't work and you're using your own device, try deleting and reinstalling the app. Then repeat steps 7 and 8.
