Verifying driving history

To drive with Uber, you must hold a valid US driver’s license. If you are:

• Under 25 years old, 3 years of US driving experience is required. All drivers in California must be 25 years of age.
• 25 or older, one year of US driving experience is required.

If your current driver’s license was issued within the last year, including if you moved or replaced your license, we need to verify you meet this requirement. You will need to provide information about your previous license to prove you meet the eligibility requirements.
