The fleet partner app is an Android app that allows you to grow your business with insights into your driver-partners and your cars. With the app, you can track your driver-partners, easily contact them, and get the data you need, all in the palm of your hand.
The fleet partner app is only available on Android phones currently. Once you've downloaded the app from the link below, you can log in to the app using your normal Uber log in details.
The UberFLEET app is only available for fleet partners that have Uber driver-partners working for them. If you are a driver trying to sign in to drive, use the Uber Driver app.
If you are a fleet partner with driver-partners under you, the login details should be the same as your Uber partner account. If you are still having trouble signing in head to t.uber.com/forgot_password.
TRACKING YOUR DRIVER-PARTNERS & THEIR METRICS
Once you've logged in, you'll see a live map which shows you exactly where your driver-partners are as they accept and complete trips around the city. You can also see which driver-partners are online and offline. You can tap on the car icons to identify the driver-partners and see their trip status, and basic daily driving stats (driving hours, earnings and number of trips).
To see detailed performance metrics of a driver-partner you can either tap the car on the map and then tap the person icon on the top right corner, or click "online" or "offline" to see the list of driver-partners, and the tap the 3 dots to the right of the name of the driver-partner you'd like more information on.
You'll be able to view the number of trips they complete daily, their rating, and ride acceptance rate.
CONTACTING DRIVER-PARTNERS
To see the list of driver-partners in your fleet click either "online" or "offline." In order to get in touch with them, simply select a driver-partner to either call or SMS them.
MANAGING DOCUMENTS & VEHICLES
The Fleet partner app also allows you to manage vehicles that are a part of your Fleet. You can add, remove, edit or assign vehicles through the app. You'll also have the option to upload any supporting documents that are required, and the app will prompt you to do so.
