If you are having issues picking up the order, you may want to contact the store in the Driver app. The stores are responsible for preparing the order and should be able to help you with your pickup.
If you can't get through to the store, you can Contact Uber Eats Support:
Open your Driver app
Tap the menu icon
Tap Help
Tap Call Support, then Call
