如果我們給外送合作夥伴的訂單有誤,該怎麼辦?

Reach out to the delivery person directly to coordinate a return to the store. To do so:

  1. Go to the “Order history” section of Uber Eats Orders (the clock icon in the lower-left).
  2. Find the list of all past orders, which will include the phone number of delivery people currently en route to your customers.
  3. Call the delivery person at the phone number listed.

If you are unable to reach the delivery person, you can:

  • Contact the customer directly using the “Contact the customer” option on Uber Eats Orders. We recommend trying this first.
  • Contact Uber support from Uber Eats Orders or through the link below. We’ll contact the customer directly and let them know to expect a delay due to the mix-up.
