State and federal law prohibit drivers who are using the Uber Driver App from denying service to riders with service animals because of the service animals, and from otherwise discriminating against riders with service animals.
Drivers who use the Uber apps agree to follow our community guidelines, which includes being respectful of riders traveling with a service animal.
