我聯絡不到職業駕駛,無法詢問失物相關事宜

If more than 24 hours have passed since you’ve tried contacting your driver about a lost item, or if this an emergency, chat with us below so we can try to help.

Note:

  • A $20 fee is charged to your account once your lost item is returned to pay the driver for their time.
  • Drivers are independent contractors. Neither Uber nor drivers are responsible for the items left in a vehicle after a trip ends. We’re here to help, but can’t guarantee that a driver has your item or can deliver it to you.
  • By providing us permission to share the best phone number to reach you, you understand that Uber will share this exact phone number with your driver for this trip and the driver may then contact you directly through that phone. Your driver will then have this number indefinitely and/or as long as they choose to retain it.
